Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility:

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made 30 or more days prior to the training start date.
• Cancellations made within 14-29 days prior to the training start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 3-13 days prior to the training start date are eligible for a 25% refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 2 days or less prior to the training start date.
• Cancellation Procedure:
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to admin@vulcana-training.co.uk at least 48 hours prior to the start of the training.
• Cancellation requests must include the participant’s full name, contact information, and the reason for cancellation.
• The cancellation will be confirmed via email within 2 business days of receipt of the request.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
• Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
• Vulcana Training reserves the right to refund the participant via alternative methods if necessary.

Transfer of Registration:

• Participants may transfer their registration to another individual at no additional cost with prior approval from Vulcana Training.
• Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to admin@vulcana-training.co.uk at least 48 hours prior to the start of the training.

Non-Attendance:

• Participants who do not attend the training without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Payment and Late Cancellations:

• For cancellations made within 2 days or less of the training start date, participants will be charged for any financial loss incurred by Vulcana Training as a result of the cancellation. This includes, but is not limited to, the trainer’s fee for the day if a replacement participant cannot be found in time.
• If payment has not been made prior to the cancellation, the participant will still be liable to cover the costs associated with the booking. Vulcana Training will issue an invoice for these fees, and full payment will be required within 7 business days of receipt.

Cancellation by Vulcana Training:

• Vulcana Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the training due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient enrollment or instructor availability. In the event of a cancellation by Vulcana Training, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
