1. Refund Eligibility:
• Full refunds are available for cancellations made 30 or more days prior to the training start date.
• Cancellations made within 14-29 days prior to the training start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 3-13 days prior to the training start date are eligible for a 25% refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 2 days or less prior to the training start date.

 

2. Cancellation Procedure:
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to admin@vulcana-training.co.uk at least 48 hours prior to the start of the training.
• Cancellation requests must include the participant’s full name, contact information, and the reason for cancellation.
• The cancellation will be confirmed via email within 2 business days of receipt of the request.

 

3. Refund Process:
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
• Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
• Vulcana Training reserves the right to refund the participant via alternative methods if necessary.

 

4. Transfer of Registration:
• Participants may transfer their registration to another individual at no additional cost with prior approval from Vulcana Training.
• Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to admin@vulcana-training.co.uk at least 48 hours prior to the start of the training.

 

5. Non-Attendance:
• Participants who do not attend the training without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.

 

6. Cancellation by Vulcana Training:
• Vulcana Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the training due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient enrollment or instructor availability.
• In the event of a cancellation by Vulcana Training, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
