This ACS LPG Changeover Package includes CONGLP1 PD, RPH, and LAV modules for natural gas engineers expanding into LPG work across permanent dwellings, park homes, and leisure accommodation. Refresher training and assessment included.
The LPG Changeover Package (CONGLP1 PD, RPH & LAV) course at Vulcana Training is designed for qualified natural gas engineers looking to broaden their scope to include LPG systems across a range of property types. This ACS package provides the necessary changeover qualification and key appliance modules for permanent dwellings, residential park homes, and leisure accommodation vehicles.
This is an ideal course for engineers working in off-grid locations, holiday parks, static homes, or rural housing. All training is supported by a structured refresher period before assessment.
On completion, you will be qualified to work legally on LPG systems in all three property types, in line with Gas Safe requirements.
CONGLP1 PD – Changeover to LPG for Permanent Dwellings
Covers LPG properties, storage, installation, ventilation, and flueing standards for fixed dwellings. Provides the core changeover from natural gas to LPG.
RPH – Residential Park Homes
Focuses on LPG installations in residential park homes and static housing. Includes site-specific pipework, ventilation, and appliance requirements.
LAV – Leisure Accommodation Vehicles
Covers touring caravans, holiday homes, and similar accommodation. Includes ventilation, flueing, flame supervision, and safe appliance installation.
All modules include both practical and theory-based refresher training before assessment.
Engineers looking to expand further can add the following modules:
